I became a licensed Realtor in 2006 and have worked in all facets of the real estate industry including listings, short sales, marketing and helping buyers find their dream home. I work in the Central Mass area including but not limited to Brookfield, Sturbridge, Brimfield, Charlton, Hardwick and all surrounding towns and counties including Worcester, Hamden and Hampshire Counties.

As an MRP (Military Relocation Professional) I help military personnel, veterans and their families find housing that lets them make the best use of their benefits and serves the unique needs of military life. As a GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) I have developed a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate climate – no matter what its condition. I am committed to serving my clients and customers with the highest ethical standards.

As a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) I am certified to specifically design and enhance my skills in pricing properties, creating CMA’s, working with appraisers, and guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) I am certified to represent adults aged 50 in understanding the distinct real estate goals, concerns and needs of seniors today.

A little bit about myself – I’m married to Rick, a local retail appliance store owner (Dave’s Appliance) who has been in business in Brookfield since 1978. We have 3 great sons one of which is in the Marines and have called Brookfield our home for over 30 years. I work full-time as a Realtor and love bringing buyers and sellers together in one of the most important decisions of their lives.
